Royal Street Antique Shops

I don't know about you, but when I think of antiques, I think of my grandmother. She spends her weekends perusing every estate sale and antique shop in southeast Texas. Most of these antique shops make my nose itch and my eyes water. They tend to smell of water damage too. But not the antique shops on Royal Street in the French Quarter. They are practically museums! They are filled with luxuries from the 17th century to the 20th. Some even have items from the middle ages. The stores consist of grand old chandeliers, jewels, fine china, all from the past. I recommend that everyone take a trip down to the quarter and go check these places out!
