Krewe Of BOO

So this really cool thing happens on Halloween here, theres a big ol' parade put on by the Krewe of Boo (a Mardi Gras krewe cartering to Hallloween needs) right through downtown.  Beads, cups, pencils, vodoo doll pins, neclaces and of course candy are all thrown to spectators.  I've never been to Mardi Gras but I'm no virgin to parade going, but this was unlike anyone I've been to before.  I've gone to New York City and watched the Macy's Thanksgiving parade countless times,  Redsox and Patriot celebration parades, as well as ones put on by my hometown, and all paled in comparison.  The floats were amazing and the intereaction between the crowd and people on the floats was in credibly fun. My friends and I all left with smiles on our faces that could not be wipped off.
