Last weekend I visited the Bywater to work on the Neighborhood Project for this class. While there, my group and I went inside a small family-owned corner store who had been there for 30 years. The family has seen the neighborhood develop over time, but one thing is for sure: even as everything around them changed drastically, they have gotten the recipe to make a muffaletta down to a T. If you're ever in the Bywater, go to Frady's One Stop Shop! It may not look like much, but their food is delicious and the owners are super friendly.
