The Ogden

The Odgen museum is a collection of southern art the reflects the flavor of the south.  I've been to the Metropolition Museum of Art as well as the Museum of FIne Arts in Boston and other small art galleries around New England. The art I viewed at the Ogden was definetly a representation of the sites and ideas unlike what I had preivously viewed. Some southernly features included palm trees, swamps, plantations, and the bird of New Orleans, the pelican.
