Cafe Amelia

This past weekend I had the privilege to attend dinner at Cafe Amelie. It's nestled back in the historic 150-year-old Princess of Monaco Courtyard and Carriage House on Royal Street. Cafe Amelie is a combination of Louisiana fare. Our waiter was the most interesting aspect of the whole experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to please us. I ordered the salmon. Which was most delectable and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend attending this fine establishment. :)
