Roman Candy

Just yesterday I was driving in my fathers car along St. Charles street. Suddenly out of the corner of my eyes, I saw the infamous Roman Candy cart that wanders about all locations of the city. I am from New Orleans and when I have traveled I have never seen a unique candy selection as the Roman Candy cart. Roman Candy is like a taffy and a rather old form of candy. I am pretty sure that back in the olden days that was their form of sweets. It is amazing how we talk about New Orleans holding on to its culture and this is a prime example. By the way it only cost $1.
