Halloween in NOLA

I'm so excited for Halloween in New Orleans. Walking down the Saint Charles and seeing decorations ranging from giant spiders to bony skeletons has made me anxious for the anticipated holiday. The only problem is the expected rain that is supposed to sweep the gulf coast within the next week. I am still hoping that I can make it to Frenchmen Street for the massive parades and interesting costumes that are documented each year.
